Super impressed with Luke, the branch manager. Very professional, easy to work with, & had a great attitude. The unit I rented was the 4 Gallon E5 carpet shampooer, this unit did exactly what I needed and more. The pods that were given to me did end up bursting inside the container that was provided but Luke was quick to fix the issue and refund what pods had burst. All in all, great experience, will be a forever customer. Not to mention, $73 for Friday - Monday morning beats anything on the market in terms of performance.
Very rude. Over priced rentals.
We spent three days and several different machines trying to get thin set off a concrete floor. After talking to Sunbelt flooring, we were given a machine and a set of blades, they assured us would do the job. We got done in 1 day, the work we had spent three days trying to get done. Sunbelt flooring knows their stuff!
