The process was easy to rent. However, the product was not worth as it was not great. Also they did not know how it works. I had to figure it myself

Very good variety of machines to rent and good service
Clean place and helpful. I rented some equipment to grind floor and the experience was seamless. They heleped when loading and unloading, they gave advice and it was bang on. They are flexible about return time. Thank you!
I want to thank the Manager at Sunbelt Rentals on Hawthorne rd. Ottawa. Went to the store on a Friday to rent a Concrete floor grinder for use over the weekend. This location is not open Saturday's so this was my only option. I live a long ways out from the rental location, hours both ways. Saturday morning I began the work.
