The machine didn't work and they did not stand behind there word and colin is a joke. My advice is don't rent from them I have pictures and emails to prove my complaint
Top-notch customer service. After discussing all my options, went with a huge money saving choice to DIY their 'grind and seal' on 1300 sq ft. Easy equipment to use. This process is not fast, so be prepared to slowly walk behind the machine for hours, maybe days. The vacuum keeps the dust to zero and bagging and removing is easy. Very happy with the result.
