Jeff was fantastic! I was trying to coordinate a weekend for deep cleaning of my basement and had to pick up the machine prior to my family arriving to assist. Jeff walked me through every aspect of the machine. When I was concerned I wouldn't remember all the details he allowed me to make a video and walked through all the instructions again step by step so I could re-watch it with my family prior to use. If you are at this Sunbelt Rental ask for Jeff! He'll ensure every question you have is answered and is very helpful.
I have had good luck renting walk behind and ride on floor scrubbers. Good equipment and helpful staff for loading and unloading equipment.
Sunbelt Flooring in Sharonville... You've got a manager who appears to be a compulsive liar, dishonest sales people who will pretty much will say anything for your business. They make up prices & promises that later get overridden by management and "there's nothing they can do". Also there's a sad, grumpy guy at the desk who is just looking to be mean, mess with your invoice, and ruin your day in any way he can; that poor fellow. Terrible customer service. They will promise you things and do not deliver. Disorganized and overpriced. I would recommend going elsewhere. Be sure to check your bill and verify prices. They will do anything possible to charge you more money even if it's unethical. Be sure to check your equipment because they won't.
