I would like to say thank you to Sunbelt and more specifically Rene at Sunbelt. We were having a Celebration of Life for my Brother-in-law at my uncle’s house. We had a tent for everyone to be in but it was going to be over 100 degrees. We decided to rent some ac units and picked Sunbelt. Well when we hooked them up the first one worked without a problem. We had a skunk odor problem in our house after our dog that got sprayed ran inside. After researching we decided an ozone generator would work to abate the odor. Ben at Sunbelt was absolutely the best customer service agent I've ever had. He asked questions about the layout of our home, gave clear and concise instructions on how to place the equipment, and just made us feel at ease with what we needed to do. It worked too! Was charged 2800 bucks when we only used a dehumidifier for a couple of days, we just couldn't get them brought back. No break from these guys. Disappointing
Shane was very helpful and their prices were competitive / better than other places. They were more flexible than big box stores (e.g. Home Depot). All communication was quick and professional. Thank you!
