I've wasted an hour today attempting to contact someone at Sunbelt tool rental for info on equipment rental. I just hung up from the 5th phone call, after getting into a voice prompt loop that kept saying the same thing over and over. I've spoken to 3 Sunbelt locations and every person I speak to refers me to another dead end within the Sunbelt company.
Amazing service from Lloyd great guy and very respectful
Rental equipment did not work properly and I still got charged. Customer service is a C-.
