Totally ghosted us. We would have had a crew standing around had we not rented from somewhere else. A number of emails back and forth. Filled out a bunch of paperwork. Then emailed them a few more times and they completely ignored us. Guess our money wasn't green enough. At least have the courtesy to tell me to get lost if you're not interested in my business. Complete waste of expensive time. Avoid at all costs. BRC down the street was super easy to deal with!
