Staff are amazing! Booked wood chipper five days in advance. Matt made sure it was available and ready to go. Scott met me at the back for pickup and was so helpful. Also, the reserved parking for veterans is very thoughtful and I am sure the veterans appreciate. We appreciate you Sunbelt! We rented from them before and will keep on being your customers.
This review is long overdue. Sorry guys. We have been using Sunbelt for years and this team is always excellent. Wade in particular has always provided us exceptional customer service making our equipment rentals effortless. Big thank you to the entire team.
Update: March 20/23, sadly the hours posted were not accurate and upon arrival of someone 7 minutes after 7 am. Rudely greeted by their opening employee, whom told us what we booked is available at 10am but were told we can opt for an alternative as bot to hold up for our job. So this person now refuses to let us rent the jackhammer we needed and we had to literally take our business else where….. Ridiculous. Now wasted 2 hours for a contract job I am on because you wanted to have attitude when we wanted to rent something to... read more
