This review is long overdue. Sorry guys. We have been using Sunbelt for years and this team is always excellent. Wade in particular has always provided us exceptional customer service making our equipment rentals effortless. Big thank you to the entire team.
Update: March 20/23, sadly the hours posted were not accurate and upon arrival of someone 7 minutes after 7 am. Rudely greeted by their opening employee, whom told us what we booked is available at 10am but were told we can opt for an alternative as bot to hold up for our job. So this person now refuses to let us rent the jackhammer we needed and we had to literally take our business else where….. Ridiculous. Reserved two heaters online four days prior to needing them, received a confirmation email for the required rental. When I went to pickup the heaters they didn't have them, as they had rented them out, there excuse was that I reserved the heaters online and they don't consider online reservations a true confirmation.
