Paid for 13000 lb excavator, got a 8000 pound excavator and a ton of excuses. I would not recommend Sunbelt to anyone.

This is the third time we’ve rented equipment from SunBelt. We never had to call for pickup—they always came automatically to retrieve it after the rental period ended. This time, we rented a SINGLE MANLIFT, which for some reason costs an insane amount of money, but we had no other choice. They also took a $6,000 deposit. The rental was for a month.
