I rented a concrete chain saw, but when I went to pick it up, the lady at the counter told me I had to purchase the chain for $700! That was never mentioned when I made the reservation. When I questioned it, she responded rudely and said it wasn’t her problem and that I had to buy it. Fortunately, Ricardo Minero stepped in and was extremely helpful. Rude old guy and took forever to return welder.
As a contractor, I needed to rent a dump trailer for a big job, and this rental equipment store made the process easy and stress-free. The trailer was clean, well-maintained, and ready to go when I arrived, which helped keep the job on schedule. The staff was professional, knowledgeable, and clearly explained the rental terms and usage. Pricing was fair, and the overall service was efficient and reliable. So hard to make a payment to rental. I called to customer service there's automatic voice "Already closed" on 3:00 PM Jesus
