This place cares about customer service. I recently rented a brush mower. Had a very busy schedule and they worked around me picking it up when I could which was extremely convenient. Now, I used the brush mower a lot. Probably blasted 12-15 acres of buck brush and small saplings. This caused more wear and tear than normal and I did NOT get rental insurance. Asked for a quote to rent equipment and didn't respond. It's crazy the day and age we live in where a company doesn't want to earn a dollar.
I have rented several pieces of equipment from Sunbelt and always been happy with the availability and the price. Today I drove an hour to get a pump that I had booked, for some unknown reason my credit card wouldn't work, they were unwilling to take a debit card - I also had enough cash to cover the rental but they wouldn't accept that either. So I left empty handed, and behind schedule. This inability to accept any other payment method than credit card makes me second guess making another trip in the future.
Yard set up is Absolutely terrible, especially trying to get turned around with a trailer on, good selection of equipment, but machine kept stalling, price was quite a bit more than quoted.
