I honestly don't know how this location stays in business. As a new customer, I expected at least someone on staff to know how to use their computer system. Instead, no one could help because they couldn't figure out their own software. The manager eventually came out, but he seemed even more confused than the employees. Clean store, great equipment at reasonable prices, with professional and knowledgeable staff. A much needed addition for Laredo’s growing infrastructure. Please add a location in the north area!
