I had the best customer service here, from the lady that answered the phone and helped me schedule the right piece of equipment for the job I was doing, to the gentlemen that helped me when I picked up my rental. The team was very courteous and made sure that the trailer I had was safe and sound to load the scissor lift on.
Terrible experience today. I about lost it when the lady snatched the ticket from my hand.
