Absolutely horrible company. The customer service is completely useless. I read off the confirmation number THEY sent in an email, they couldn't find it! I finally got ahold of a supervisor who wasn't any help either. This company doesn't actually rent you ANYTHING. They're a clearing house for small companies they have no control over, and it shows. My loader never showed up, and no one can tell me why. RUN SCREAMING AWAT FROM THIS COMPANY
Lady at the counter was very polite and fast.
We rented a fork lift from the Scarborough Sunbelt rental and we couldn't be happier. When we had questions Mike and Matt were more than willing to go the extra mile to make sure we were got the right piece of gear for the job we needed to do. From now on when we need a piece of heavy gear we will be calling Sunbelt rental. 5 stars 100%
