Rented a insulation removal vacuum once I was at the jobsite the battery to the machine was completely dead. Wasted a work day trying to get a battery replacement and vacuum bags since they didn't have any in stock. I was told I would get a discount but never did i still got charged for the time the equipment was just sitting there not to mention the laborers pay waiting on the machine, a little disappointed and dissatisfied. The customer service is amazing . The guys are always so helpful and knowledgeable.
Really bad experience with this location I honestly I will never come back to rent any equipment here. The one in El Cajon has better customer service. Save yourself from a really bad experience and go for another location or different company.
There is no way this company trains, their employees I went there to pick up a hot pressure washer and they gave me a cold water pressure… I went back in the store and insist on telling these guys that it was not a hot pressure washer, and they told me it was.. Straight up lying to me… two employees came out and told me it was a hot pressure washer.. hopefully these two idiots understand the difference between cold water and hot water on my expense.. thanks
