First off they are very helpful & friendly. The equipment seems well maintained. Definitely a good value. This is way cheaper than buying a tool you may never need again.

Couldn't get anyone to answer the phone during regular business hours. I needed to rent something and Couldn't see if they ever carry that item. Bring back Wagner Rentals. They had good Customer Service!
