I don’t think my experience was typical, but it sure sucked. I called their rental experts over the phone to make a reservation for an equipment rental from a Friday to a Monday. That reservation was inputted incorrectly for the wrong date. When I called to confirm my reservation pickup on Friday they said there was no reservation… I had about 6 people coming in to town to help me with this project. My company has rented from this location multiple times due to close proximity to jobsites and every time has been an awful experience. We rented a partner saw and it was given to us with no fuel in it and when we asked about it we were told we’d have to buy the fuel which is an absolute scam. Another time we got a cut and break saw and on the very first cut the front end exploded because the blades were not properly installed.
