We had the best experience renting from this company, Duane went above and beyond to make it smooth and stress free and we appreciate it very much and will absolutely use sunbelt rentals for our next rental
I called the store because I was having trouble with a piece of equipment I rented from here the guy I talked to at the front desk answered the phone and transferred me to the service manager. I was on hold for 10min when someone got on the phone sounding like a toddler with a speech impediment that I could barley understand. As I asked him quetions he seemed to get more and more frustrated that I wasn't understanding the information he was giving me. This call lasted maybe 5min minus the wait time. This used to be the best place by far for any rental. The team was friendly and flexible. It felt like a home town business even though it technically wasn’t. Now, the staff isn’t as friendly anymore and rigid, somewhat draconian, policies seem to rule the day. I used to enjoy my rental experiences with sunbelt. Not so much anymore. I’m not going to say that I won’t rent from sunbelt anymore. What I will say is that I will be looking elsewhere for my next rental.
