I phoned to ask about saw your cut a brick wall, the agent recommended to use a chainsaw, quoted a great deal for $90, I travel 78km to pick it, he surprised me, with a regular wood saw. Apologized for the misunderstanding and quoted a water cooling chainsaw for triple the price and recommend to me to buy a good blade for $160. I picked them, then to find the saw has water issues. Return back another trip, to surprise me: I have to rent another one with no credit. The worst customer service ever seen in my life.😢😢😢😢
