They rented me a broken piece of equipment never checked to see if it worked before they sent it out. This cost me two hours on my job. I would not recommend going here.
Machine leaked fuel for 11 days before we realized it. Not only they did they not offer me a credit of x amount but they instead charged me $290 for $110 worth of fuel. Terrible experience. Would not recommend
My rental was canceled on me 2 times. First time they canceled because the person renting it extended there rental period. Second time they just rented it out to someone else in my place. Said they were sorry and we not sure what happened.
We placed an online order over a month ago to rent equipment for the entire month of October. They called us yesterday to say they are canceling the rental. As a result we cannot find any other's to rent and our business will be out thousands of dollars. This is the worst experience I have ever had with renting equipment. How is this even ethical? They are not reliable or dependable. Do not rent from them!
