I own a local small business and rent equipment from this location several times per year. I am very impressed with the service I received from the Zelco street Sunbelt franchise in Burlington. We rented an articulating boom from them and had a few issues. First, Chad from the office talked me through the first hiccup over the phone and we we able to move on. Amazing customer service. Dylan made the whole process fast and easy. Drop off and pickup of my rental item was also on time and the driver was helpful in showing me how to use the equipment.
