I had confirmed reservation on 03/06/26 and pick up time was 8 am. I went to this place and they told me that we don't have any rental electric pallet jack ,because all pallet jacks had been rented by Rodeo Houston. The question why my reservation had been confirmed on 03/02/26 and they confirmed the reservation.Even I completed all account creation details. Rented a stump grinder. Only needed it for a couple of hours. They said they had to charge me for a full day and I'd be credited if I brought it back within 4 hours. I did. The guy told me I didn't need to stay and that he would process the credit. A week later I never received the credit.
