Rented a stump grinder. Only needed it for a couple of hours. They said they had to charge me for a full day and I'd be credited if I brought it back within 4 hours. I did. The guy told me I didn't need to stay and that he would process the credit. A week later I never received the credit. Called the store and someone told me the manager wasn't available and he wasn't able to process the credit. He said the system said I returned it the next day which is false.
