Have to say this is a NEW LOCATION. Went in to rent a Texture sprayer for heavy knockdown. Never picked it up because they don’t have in sprayer tips for different size textures. They had only one size sprayer tip that was even broke and couldn’t use. Why even rent the machine if someone can’t even use it for different textures. I thought rental places evaluate their equipment for missing parts. Obviously there are workers not performing theirs duties to the fullest. I had a time critical job and needed this equipment. Poor customer service. I Don’t have an account with sunbelt but I do rent from them 1-2 days a week. Rented a concrete buggy on Tuesday 3:21 pm returned on Thursday 7 am was charged 2 full days this location is a joke. Also only put 3 hrs on machine.
Awesome rental experience! Everyone was helpful and the machine worked very well. I rented an 18” aerator and did not have any issues with it.
