Some good folk here. Phone ringing off the hook and they still manage to take care of you. Need to do a better job on maintenance of their equipment. I imagine thats difficult in the rental business. But having a flat ( out the door) on a portable cement, mixer is a really hard thing to deal with. Other than that, these are good folks operating a busy store.
The first part of my experience was not the best. The wrong equipment was put under the reservation. Some pieces that weren’t originally offered to us. The tubing wasn’t in the best condition. However, Jennifer really change the entire experience around for us and I could honestly say that I would come back again to use them further rental equipment. There was another gentleman (I forgot his name) was able and willing to help when things weren’t working. Thank you guys for everything!
This location is the best of Tampa Bay… I am a frequent flyer and Pinellas Park Takes the cake. Starting with Jen & Ana in the front, they are knowledgeable in every equipment I ever inquire about, they are always hustling and always seem to have a balance of having fun and being professional at the same time.
