We had to rent some equipment here for a remodeling project and this place was a Hodsend. Very knowledgeable and helpful .
Great support staff, shout out for Alex, one of the mechanics, impressed with his knowledge and willing to go above and beyond to support. Outside of his work, he tried to help my husband myself when our truck would not start, even though he could not resolve issues for us he still tried and gave ideas my husband had not tried. He gave me hope in mankind and felt blessed to have met him. We rent equipment from time to time and will definitely keep Sunbelt in mind for next time due Alex.

Great staff
Tried to return tamp on a Monday morning, went in office, noone there, walked back out to my truck to wait, 3 polo shirt sales staff walked past, didn't even acknowledge my presence, kept waiting, 3 or 4 mechanic/ loading staff walk past, not a hello, not a have you been helped, not so much as a glance, still waiting, another fella walks past doesn't acknowledge that I exist, after a good 10/15 min of this I ended up unloading 200lb tamp myself by hand and left, United rentals has friendly helpful staff so they get all my bu... read more
