One of our tenants office had the AC go down in July! The parts were taking forever to arrive, so I worked with Evan & Craig in Sunbelts cooling division for some portable AC units. They were AMAZING to work with! They went to the site first to check it out, then got 2 units in the day I called them. We were able to extend our rental too. I wouldn't hesitate to call them again!! Thanks for your help during our emergency...you saved us and my tenants were so happy!
