Pretty dismal customer service. Just spent way too much time on the phone with someone who couldn't figure out his own equipment, and ultimately suggested I work with someone else. Unbelievable... Good luck with these guys!
Always a pleasure working with Sunbelt. They have been fair over the years and I continue to rent as usual.
Brought i. 3 ATV's from a work site at Delta, CO for a same day delivery. Called ahead to let the crew know I was running late due to snow removal east of Vail. Staff held on for my arrival to offload at 4 pm on a Friday. Offload crew were professional, friendly, and proactive to get things done and back out the gate. Would definitely work with this Sunbelt franchise again.
