They dont communicate well at all... we drove all the way up here and they lied to us about everything. The guy on the phone straight up said a picture of my license would work i pull up and they give me a whole song and dance about people stealing and what not...very unprofessional i will not be doing any business here.
I had to rent a jackhammer to break up a part of my sidewalk. I haven't used one before. Ethan was extremely helpful and very friendly. The one I wanted to rent was unavailable, and he helped me find another option. He instructed me on how to set up and use the jackhammer. I really appreciated his help, and it had me confident I could get the job done (I did) I will 100% recommend this place to anyone needing a tool or equipment for a project. I will for sure be back next time I need something. Thanks!
