I want to highlight an employee named JC Santos. He was absolutely wonderful. He was extremely knowledgeable, answered every question I had. He is very efficient and made the process feel stress free. He went above and beyond by checking in with us, making sure he was there every step of the way. Thank you so much to JC. He definitely is a valuable employee.
Nobody does their work. Everyone just standing around on their phones . Not very professional.
This place is terrible. Everyone just walks around acting important — one burps, another farts while customers are sitting in the lobby, and the rest of the staff just laugh instead of reminding them about basic workplace etiquette in front of clients. I rent equipment from many of their other locations without any issues, but this one is by far the worst.
