Not really impressed with a 15% credit card transaction fee. As a business owner who takes cards: card fees are anywhere between 2.5-3.5%. Meaning a 15% fee is a 11% price margin profit on a fee. Which is just flat out disgusting business practice. A built in 2-3% into your prices, and or a 3% flat credit card processing fee is ok but 15% yeah that is shady business.
Staff were very friendly and knowledgeable. They were able to quickly deliver the product that I was searching for. They were kind enough to help me load the electric stair climber in the vehicle. Return was a breeze and very quick highly recommend coming here for your rental needs.

First time client here . All smiles when I walked in the door. Scotty was there to set me up as a new credit client, Joshua was telling me how great everything is. We get the rental equipment an hour away, fully loaded up, and then we go to use it and it doesn't work. They assured me that they properly charged it. it doesn't work. Deadlines missed. Home inspection failed. They gave me defective equipment and THEN tried to charge me for the tech to come out and fix it. ARE YOU KIDDING ME? What an absolute joke this place is. ... read more
