I am writing to express my significant disappointment regarding my recent experience at your West Jordan branch on 10.20.2025. I had called beforehand to reserve a 2" hex fit skid steer auger extension bit and was assured over the phone that it was available. Upon my arrival, I re-verified with your staff that the reserved bit was indeed a 2" hex fit. Not really impressed with a 15% credit card transaction fee. As a business owner who takes cards: card fees are anywhere between 2.5-3.5%. Meaning a 15% fee is a 11% price margin profit on a fee. Which is just flat out disgusting business practice. A built in 2-3% into your prices, and or a 3% flat credit card processing fee is ok but 15% yeah that is shady business.
Staff were very friendly and knowledgeable. They were able to quickly deliver the product that I was searching for. They were kind enough to help me load the electric stair climber in the vehicle. Return was a breeze and very quick highly recommend coming here for your rental needs.
