They were extremely rude lied about when they said they’d drop off and pick up equipment and had me on hold for 30 minutes. Terrible customer service, people, and overall business
This is definitely the place to go for all your rental needs. It’s a much better experience than dealing with Home Depot’s rental center.

Rented a Billygoat yard vac from the Austin Hwy location and it would not stay running they sent me to the Acherman location to get another one. The next day when I went to return it they said they would only charge me a half day for the inconvenience. I was not expecting that at all. I will definitely use them again. Thank you guys
