Booked a machine. 2 hours later go and pick it up and it was rented to someone else. Basically got told “way she goes” as well. Left hand doesn’t know what the right hand is doing, but that’s a typical company that treats customer like a number. The bigger the number you are the better service you get.
DOUG gave away the machine I reserved. No apology, more of a way she goes attitude. Fail.
If I could rate them a 6 I would, their new manager Paul drive from Guelph to Baden approx 1 hour to give me instruction on how to use one of their machines. I rented the machine from the Kitchener store (Also GREAT service) but wasn’t able to try using it till about 20 mins before they closed for the weekend. The Kitchener store didn’t have a replacement so they called Guelph store who had the same. Paul loaded machine up and went on his way to find out that I was just using the machine improperly.
