The team here has always been great to work with. Highly appreciated service.
Incredible customer service. We had a power outage lasting 3 days with a wedding being hosted on the 4th day. Stress was running hight so I called Sunbelt to book generators for the wedding. I was put in touch with the sales rep Krista Boehner and she honestly went above and beyond! Not only did she visit the property to know what generator set up would be best but she also returned the following day to make sure everything was working properly. I can’t thank her enough.
Booked a machine. 2 hours later go and pick it up and it was rented to someone else. Basically got told “way she goes” as well. Left hand doesn’t know what the right hand is doing, but that’s a typical company that treats customer like a number. The bigger the number you are the better service you get.
DOUG gave away the machine I reserved. No apology, more of a way she goes attitude. Fail.
