You’ve been warned!!!! Avoid Sunbelt! Our builder used them to perform some warranty work on our house. The work was performed, equipment was returned. Two days after the equipment was returned, they sent 4 certified letters threatening to put a lien on my house. Sunbelt didn’t send the invoice to the builder till a week after the threatening letters were sent. What company sends lien threats before the invoices? This is crazy! Be careful!!!
I dread having to call the Des Moines store because they are so rude and short, honestly super tired of it. Wish they just treated people decently.
