Their website is not accurate (said item was availabe to rent however they did not actually rent them). Staff had no interest in helping to find a solution. Waste of time.
Friendly, casual place. When someone came, i was greeted well and treated better. I initially didn't like that they added a rental protection plan but ended up appreciating it as a blessing. Tip: when someone tells you something is in stock, get their name. You might need that person to tell others where to find it.
