I had a fantastic experience at Sunbelt Rentals on Pebble Run Place in Sterling, VA. Jessica was incredibly helpful and professional, making the rental process smooth and stress-free. She took the time to ensure I had the right equipment for my needs and answered all my questions with patience and expertise. The equipment was in excellent condition, and the overall customer service was top-notch. I highly recommend Sunbelt Rentals, especially thanks to Jessica’s outstanding assistance!

Reserved a stair climbing dolly online and picked up in store. They did not have the equipment ready when I arrived despite the reservation, and when they got it out, the battery was dead. So dead, in fact, that I charged it for 2 hrs before using it and it still ran dead before I got to the top of a single flight of stairs. That was disappointing on a $130 rental, since I had it for a day and spent half the day charging it. I plan to epoxy my garage floor and needed a concrete grinder. Glad I got connected with Danielle as she is friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. She is very easy to work with and recommended the type of grinder and inserts I need. I have to at least provide a good review to recommend her and Sunbelt.

bad attention to the people who come to make a delivery, today 7/10/24 a woman and a man who work here bad attitude and do not want to work, and they worked here for more than an hour and nothing
