She took the time to ensure I had the right equipment for my needs and answered all my questions with patience and expertise. Reserved a stair climbing dolly online and picked up in store. They did not have the equipment ready when I arrived despite the reservation, and when they got it out, the battery was dead. So dead, in fact, that I charged it for 2 hrs before using it and it still ran dead before I got to the top of a single flight of stairs. That was disappointing on a $130 rental, since I had it for a day and spent half the day charging it.
