Dave, Alex, and others at the Bowling Green store were very helpful with our traffic cone rental for a car show. They had to order cones from another store and the shipment was temporarily lost in transit. All pitched in to make sure we had substitute cones and they were delivered on time. Would not hesitate to rent from them again!

There was a mix up with our account and it was at least partially my fault. It was set to cost me a significant amount of money and I called the office to see if anything could be done about it. Mark answered the phone 5 min after the store opened and was pleasant to deal with understanding and eager to help. I can not stress this enough, if you are in bowling green ky and need to rent equipment use sunbelt. You will not regret it and ask for Mark for fantastic customer service.
