A hassle to deal with. Lots of better options were found easily.
Absolute worst company to deal with. Not accomaditing at all firstly, and secondly when you figure things out on your own, they will charge any additional fee they can find. The employees themselves have no ised about the charges and rates. STAY AWAY and defintily dont give your credit card info. Call head office to speak with someone, youll be put on hold or they will tell you someone from the branch will reach out shortly, which they never will.

Went through their website asking for a quote. Did not even get a response 48 hours later.
Very expensive and too many hidden charhes and fees. A scissor lift rental all around GTHA is atleast $80 lesser then Sunbelt. They charge higher pickip and delivery then everybody else as well as some sort of environment charge, last i checked its an electric machine i am renting, if electrical vehicles and equipment are bot eco friendly then what is?. You can get better rates and service form lot of other companies. Do your research. Had done busines with them in past when they used to be called CSR....not anymore.
