We went to rent a wire tracer from them, they gave us the DD230. When we got to our job and tried to use it, we couldnt figure it out so we called them and they told us they have another one we could get. So the next day we went in and the guy behind the counter said you should have called we could have send a tech out, so he had us meet a tech in there and he didnt even know how to use it...
