I’m an infrequent customer of Sunbelt and not a professional operator. I rented two pieces of equipment from them recently. I had never used either one prior. Delivery person was Clay. Clay is outstanding - from the delivery process to explaining the equipment - he was professional, knowledgeable, caring and kind. The equipment I rented is in excellent shape and the delivery process was smooth and thorough. This is why I am happy to rent from Sunbelt.

People at the front desk have zero business being at the front desk dealing with paying customers
We had a training session for MEWP certification for our workplace and it was well done. Samuel was our trainer and he was a great teacher. He has a good sense of humor that put us at ease and his pace was exactly right. I'm not always comfortable at heights but he really helped me see the safety of the articulated boom lift. Great job and when I rent a boom, it will be from Sun Belt.
