I felt very belittled when I enquired about renting some equipment and didn’t know the right name for the equipment. The manager, Bryan, made me feel very stupid. I was enquiring for my husband who owns a local business and specifically said he wanted to keep it local and since it was next to the graveyard my family is buried at I figured it was a great idea to give you guys some business. I’m an infrequent customer of Sunbelt and not a professional operator. I rented two pieces of equipment from them recently. I had never used either one prior. Delivery person was Clay. Clay is outstanding - from the delivery process to explaining the equipment - he was professional, knowledgeable, caring and kind. The equipment I rented is in excellent shape and the delivery process was smooth and thorough. This is why I am happy to rent from Sunbelt.
Friendly staff, had everything to.go when I got there!! Will use again!
