I had a fantastic experience here! I ran into issues with the website, but walking in turned out to be the best decision. Sabastian and Phil were extremely helpful, friendly, and respectful from the second I walked in. They handled my rental quickly, effectively, and even managed to save me some money! Efficient, great use of time, and top-tier customer service. Thank you both!
Very good customer service. Will use them again for tool rental. First rental had an issue and they took care of it like professionals. Great customer service highly recommend them.
Terrible customer service. They don't know what they are doing. I wouldn't go here if you want a reliable rental
Rude customer service. They don't know what they are renting out. Avoid at all cost.
