I had an outstanding experience with Sunbelt Rentals thanks to Wyatt and Robert. I showed up right before closing needing to rent a ladder, and despite me cutting it incredibly close to closing time, they never made me feel rushed or like I was inconveniencing them. Both Wyatt and Robert went above and beyond with their customer service. Needed to rent a trencher for an irrigation job and Wyatt was extremely helpful. Will rent from this location again!
Renting and picking up equipment went smooth no issues at all. Returning the equipment is where I ran into issues with Robert. This guy is unprofessional and ignorant down to the definition. I had the equipment on my pick-up. He sends me around the store, yells at me to stop reverse, stop go over there, come back go over there, literally relocated 6 times.
