By far the best customer service around. I was in a tight spot on a job site when I came in this morning. I needed a piece of equipment that was already reserved for another customer. Wyatt, an employee at Sunbelt, got on the phone and put in some leg work in order to help me figure out all out. Long story short, Wyatt was able to accommodate his other customer AND me, all because he was willing to do his best to help me out. Sunbelt is where you should rent, if you're needing to rent a tool. Ask for Wyatt.
I have been doing business with this branch for years and had nothing but great service from Wyatt and John , both of this guys have been really helpful on all my projects in and around Warner Robins
Wont be renting from here ever again lol I've rented in the past an never any issues picking a machine up. This time I showed up an hour early an the guy at the desk wanted to charge 73$ for me to pick it up the machine I already reserved on Monday for the whole weekend wasn't as if someone was using it tomorrow I reserved it for the weekend. Great Customer Service lmfao that showed me these folks are good about hitting you with extra fees that cost more then the rental.
