management not on the same page. Manager agreed to one price, front desk lady tried to upcharge it. Also front desk lady very rude, got charged an extra day for not knowing you have to call for pick up, probably trying to make up for that upcharge. Last time using this branch in PC. Rip offs

Normally this place is great, but today, December 22 everyone must be on vacation. Arrived at 6:55am to pick up a grinder and vacuum. They told me I should probably use a planner also so I said, sure then they jacked my bill up to $786 from $185. I said, no, take the planer off then my original reservation was over twice the amount and nobody knew what was going on. 7:55 I was finally able to leave highly pist off while my crew is on the clock waiting at the jobsite for this equipment. We had some issues with a rental but Jason handled the customer service like a pro. The equipment was in great condition and performed flawlessly. There are a lot of choices in equipment rental but Sunbelt has always out performed the rest.
