Google maps says it's open today (Saturday), but the gate is closed and locked and their after hours emergency phone system says they are only open M-F, NOT OPEN ON Saturday!! What in the world is that about?

I rented a plate compactor today and the service I got from the men working there far exceeded my expectations. They gassed up, cleaned, showed me how to operate and loaded it for me. Wonderful!
Called a couple days before I needed to rent a mortar mixer and they confirmed my reservation. Drove four hours from Philly to do a job up there and was told they didn't have a mortar mixer at that location. I said no problem I'll take a cement mixer. They refused to rent me a cement mixer which would have mixed my material just fine. We have used either machine just preferring the mortar mixer.
