I've rented equipment from this place twice now and each time it was straightforward and painless. The second time, when I was returning a stump grinder I rented, my truck died in the parking lot (no cranking, no internal dome or door ajar chime, nothing but an initial click). The Sunbelt staff was quick to go out of their way to give my battery a jump start and help get me on my way. Great staff. Quick and efficient. Nicely priced
Really bad experience here. Worked with a rep at corporate to coordinate equipment rental and were directed to this location for pickup. After receiving excessive overcharge fees, we were directed to the branch manager. We provided the details and contact information for the rep who setup the rental and were told by the branch manager that he didn’t care what the rep at corporate told us, branches were completely independent.
