RecommendedI have received nothing but excellent customer service here. Everyone is friendly. Prices are more than fair. The generator i rent often is always available when I need it and never gives me any issue. Very happy with my experience with APR!
I am highly disappointed in the customer service and quality of equipment twice in a row with equipment from different locations I was given equipment that didn’t work properly or had to be returned within minutes of getting home to use it and then upon returning it was given crappy customer service I will not be using this company again

save time and money go with Taylor or Mihm rental. tried renting a mini excavator. had to list then on my insurance and drive all the way to shop fill out paper work to be told half million insurance isn't enough cause they don't want the machine in East liberty with the protest.. they knew where I wanted it befor having me drive 20 mins to waste my time. called mihm everything done over phone in 2 mins and machine on its way and 240 and 120 delivery instead of 320 and 200 delivery plus a 400 dollar hold.. def worth going el... read more
RecommendedThe folks at Sunbelt provide great service, great advice, and all kinds of conveniences when renting. They helped identify the post jack that I needed, called me back to confirm they had it, and were courteous and professional when I picked it up. They were helpful when I brought it back to a different location and were thankful for the business. We have rented from them many times, and this was just the most recent great experience. Highly recommended!
