5 stars for the staff. They are knowledgeable and friendly. However $360 for a small scissor lift that I have to tow myself is too much money. Sunbelt rentals and other large rental agencies are the base of small businesses estimates. Over pricing or MAX PROFIT pricing is directly responsible for out pricing the area and citizens. I rented a water buffalo trailer from this location unknowingly I showed up with a truck that didn’t have a plug for the lights that was compatible with the plug on the trailer. When the technician brought this to the attention of Jason the manager, without hesitation Jason asked where I lived and offered to drive the trailer to my place where I had my vehicle with the proper plug at as soon as they closed about fifteen minutes later.
