Bad place to deal with, I sent a driver to pick up my bobcat skeed steer. The lady on the phone told me that the unit was there, then when the driver was there the unit wasn't there anymore, they sold the unit twice and the manager did not take ownership of the scenario not even apologize about THEIR OWN MISTAKE, I would never do business with Sunbelt Rentals.
horrible Place to deal with, We had to pick up a Machine from their yard, we asked if unit was there to not move without being sure, The girl said the unit was there, 2 hrs later once driver arrives, the unit magicly was given to someone else. The mangar very arrogant person said it was not his fault, and started to raise his voice and not take any responsability for his actions, Sad to say this is a Sunbelt Rental location I would not recommend.
