Nice place to rent equipment all equipment safe and ready to work
Alejandro R. At this company made this experience worse. Do not go here for forklift service of any kind. They have no morals or true value. Valen BerGa especially long hair don't care Mr. Sprinkles Rodriguez.
We have used Sunbelt for all of our forklift needs for over a decade. Bought a brand new forklift and used them for the maintenance, never had any issues. Their office staff/techs are always friendly and very knowledgeable. We would not use anyone else!!
I arrived there on the 23rd to make a delivery. A few minutes after backing it to the dock, a gentleman called me into the warehouse. He informed me his equipment in my trailer was blocked by a different company's equipment. After some time he received approval to move that equipment to get to his. I had a stop in fort worth that was at the very front of the trailer, so I may have had to go through this again. I had a very disappointing experience with this company. Communication was lacking, and after paying nearly $5,000 to work on an LP forklift, the machine is now in worse condition than when they started. It’s been almost six months since the work began and it is still not working at all. Do not use this company to avoid wasting your hard-earned money.
