These people are scams, BEWARE!They have open ended contract language like "market rate" cleaning upon move out. Cindy refused to take my calls to set up a walk through and then charge me an outrageous amount to clean a spotless house, clean a carpet that was not cleaned before I moved in (this was noted on the move in form and I actually paid to clean it out of my own pocket because the stains were so bad) and charged me to cut the grass even though it was cut the day before my lease expired.When I filed an objection as req... read more

Recently changed to Sunbelt Property Management. One of the few businesses Ive dealt with locally that I cant recommend. Agent refused to enforce a lease agreement with a tenant and informed me I wasnt cut out for owning rental property when I asked her to do so. First tenant bailed after 6 weeks after doing mucho damage to the house.
