Our SunBelt home will be 13 years old in October. We have had many problems with replacing windows, a door, electrical and plumbing issues. And now our architectural roof because it wasn't installed properly! Loose shingles, nails not placed in the right area on shingles, not enough nails, rusted nails and water damage on a ceiling. We have to get a new roof and over the last two years the cost has doubled. Just a heads up to future buyers out there in the Myrtle Beach, SC area. I would not recommend Sunbelt Homes!
