I don’t typically write reviews but this company has done nothing but impress us! We have used Sunbelt for about 10 years and have always been extremely happy with their quality of work and customer service. Recently we had to make a call to them for some AC issues and they sent their technician, Tristan out. He was extremely professional, kind and his customer service was some of the best I’ve seen. Very knowledgeable and friendly! The customer service was outstanding by showing care and by displaying any concerns that he may had in regards to our home A/C unit. Didn’t make us feel pressured at all in doing any services that may not been needed. He was willing to walk us through everything while also explaining what actually was needed for our home A/C to run to its best ability. Their service was very much appreciated and will be using them again for any further services!
