Fast unloading! Horrible porta potty! Needs major cleaning! Truckers are people as well not just animals!
Very poor customer service. Called and asked general questions about their pressure treated lumber products. Not one employee could answer my questions! How can a company not be able to answer general questions about products they manufacture?
I think it is unfair that they write "not tarped" on the BOL when they didn't test moisture content on top of the lumber. Why can I not untarp where I spend the night 30 minutes away when I wake? It saves time to unloading lumber.
I am a Pro Sales Specialist ay Lowe's. I am a retailer for their products, and they supply my Lowe's with different types and dimensions of lumber. One of my customers had an immediate need, and Fernando and Sunbelt went above and beyond to help my Pro out. They do not sell directly to the public, but they will assist you with your needs, and point you to where you can buy from them (Lowe's, for example.) The people were very friendly, and my contact Fernando is a good guy.
