bought a used mustang from tidelands ford everything went great,however mr banks only had one key fob for the vehicle. mr banks the sales manager and jason the sales person assured me they would make sure i would receive it.well lo &behold no key (6) SIX WEEKS LATER NO KEY.have left two messages with BANKS no answer no call back. BEFORE YOU LEAVE WITH YOUR PURCHASE MAKE SURE YOU HAVE EVERYTHING THEY DO NOT DO NOT FULLFILL PROMISES MEL CUTRELL FEEL FREE TO REACH OUT 314-537-6100

Definitely get everything written and have a copy handy with this company! They told me a price to make a key for my car then I went to pay and the price was 60.00 more!!! Basically nothing they will do about it after talking with them.

I was on the road and my tire pressure lights came on, I had just passed by my Dealership(Mathieu Ford) and turned around and went to service and asked if they had a air hose, He smiled and said Nope! Then said pull your car to the bay door, I did as he asked and right then they filled all 4 tires that were all down to 28 Pressure! I thought it was just one tire! They filled all 4 and I drove away! Mathieu Ford is the best for any service or emengency! The Best! Thank you Service!

Jim Schmidt Ford operates like I wish more businesses would! So very friendly and kind! Their service department is top notched no one can beat them in this area. They are so knowledgeable and kind The office staff is always so friendly this is one business I don't mind visiting. Lovely waiting area, they make sure you are comfortable if you have to wait on service. Thank you to all the employees of Jim Schmidt we sure appreciate you!

Mobile service has no consideration for a customers time. Took the day off and after J Allen confirmed my appointment a dozen times via text, email and calls they never showed up to do the recall work that had been scheduled weeks in advance. There answer was to set up another appointment. Yeah right like they are going to waste my time a second go around. I’ll take my business elsewhere. I’d leave no stars if that was an option.
